Kinetic cannot guarantee upload or download speeds or uninterrupted, error-free service. Speed availability, capabilities, and provisioning vary depending on several factors: network and terrain conditions; Internet, website, or network congestion; effect of wi-fi use; number of concurrent users; device limitations; and customer location. Speeds 25 Mbps and above may be provisioned in a range including a minimum and maximum speed. Kinetic will provision customer’s location for the fastest speed within the available range, but may be less than the maximum.

Whole Home Wi-Fi Set Up: Whole Home Wi-Fi installation utilizes the Kinetic Gateway (modem), Wi-Fi extenders (as needed), & Wi-Fi capable devices to connect to the home's network.
Whole Home Wi-Fi: The standard rate for Kinetic Wi-Fi Gateway is $10.99/month. Kinetic Fiber & Kinetic DSL customers may receive up to 2 Kinetic Wi-Fi Extenders for $10.00/month if not included in service plan. Each additional Kinetic Wi-Fi Extender is $5.00/month if not included in service plan. Technicians use 20-point Wi-Fi checklist to optimize home network connectivity. Customer will receive highest bandwidth DSL service that Kinetic can then provide at the address for $44.99/mo. for 1 year with AutoPay; customer will see a line-item charge for DSL at $49.99/mo. and a $5/mo. AutoPay credit. Register for AutoPay though the Go Kinetic Portal or by calling a service representative at 877-807-9463. If customer is not registered for AutoPay, the monthly charge is $55/mo. At the end of one year period, DSL service will be charged at the then current DSL rate for continued service and future rate increases may apply. Customer may cancel at any time. AutoPay credits for eligible plans require separate AutoPay enrollment. An AutoPay bill credit may take up to two billing cycles to reflect on the bill. To provide broadband service at certain addresses, additional construction is required to extend and bury the internet to the home (referred to as an extended internet installation). Customers will be notified at the point of sale if applicable to their address. Due to the construction distance required, it is our policy to obtain a non-refundable extended installation fee of $750 to assist with the costs associated with the extended construction. This fee must be paid in full prior to any work taking place.
A member of our team will contact you within 1 to 2 business days to take the $750 payment. If you decide within this time frame you would no longer like to move forward, you may cancel the order at that time at no charge. If the $750 payment is made, this advanced payment will appear as a credit on your first month’s bill.
After the $750 payment is made, installation will be scheduled. You may cancel your installation 3 business days prior to the construction date communicated to you at the time of payment. If you cancel your services within the defined timeframe, or we cannot install your services for some reason, then we may refund the advanced payment. Once work has begun, Kinetic will not refund any advanced payments made.

Wi-Fi 7 technology can deliver up to 33Gbps speed, 3x faster than Wi-Fi 6 speed of 9.6Gbps. Connected device speed varies due to plan, network conditions, Wi‑Fi interference, number of users, and device limits.
Applicable only to customers with existing eligible Kinetic Fiber Internet Plans.GIG Upgrade is separate fee, in addition to purchased Kinetic Fiber Internet Plan representing incremental increase from the purchased Kinetic Fiber Internet Plan to 1Gb or 2Gb. For 24 months, eligible Kinetic Fiber Internet customers upgrading to 1Gb Speed Fiber will receive a credit on their invoice of $15/mo. reflecting 50% of standard $30/mo. charge for the GIG Upgrade. After 24 months,or relocation/change of service, the discounted rate increases to the full amount of the then standard rate for GIG Upgrade at that time. For 24 months, eligible Kinetic Fiber Internet customers upgrading to 2Gb Speed Fiber will receive a credit on their invoice of $15/mo. reflecting 50% of standard $45/mo. charge for the GIG Upgrade.
