When the federal Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP) ended in May 2024, we introduced the Kinetic Benefit Credit to help keep you connected during the transition.
As of October 1, 2025, the Kinetic Benefit Credit will come to an end. Rising costs have made it necessary, but your connection still matters to us. We'll work with you to make sure you're on the plan that fits your needs.

Starting in October, the “Kinetic Benefit Credit” line on your bill will go away, along with the credit itself. Your monthly amount will increase by that amount, plus any changes to taxes or fees.
