Navigating Changes Together: Kinetic Benefit Credit Ends October 1, 2025
When the federal Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP) ended in May 2024, we introduced the Kinetic Benefit Credit to help keep you connected during the transition.
As of October 1, 2025, the Kinetic Benefit Credit will come to an end. Rising costs have made it necessary, but your connection still matters to us. We'll work with you to make sure you're on the plan that fits your needs.
While the ACP and the Kinetic Benefit Credit have ended, other government assistance programs may be available. See the FAQ's below to learn more.

Lifeline Assistance Program
The Lifeline benefit provides a monthly discount of up to $9.25. Consumers living on Tribal lands are eligible for an enhanced discount of up to $34.25 per month. Lifeline credits can be applied to either wireline or wireless services. If applied to wireline services, the discount will apply towards your broadband service. If you do not qualify under the broadband rules, the discount will apply to your voice service.
