To change your email username or password:

1. Login to GoKinetic

2. Click on View and Manage Email

3. Select Forgot Your Password or Need to Reset It?

4. Follow the prompts on the screen to create a new password ​

OR

Go directly to windstream.net click email on the top right of the menu bar and follow the prompts on the screen to reset your password.

Accounts that are inactive (without any Webmail, POP or IMAP activity for 180 days) will move to inactive status after 180 days and not be accessible to the end user. To resolve this, chat with us in the Go Kinetic Portal.

Note: To recover your password, you must have first completed the security questions associated with your account.

To reset your email password, go directly to Manage My Account and skip to step 4 or:

Wanting to set up a new .net email account?:

- If you do not already have a windstream.net email account, we are no longer creating new windstream.net email addresses at this time.

- You can always set up an email account at no cost to you with other platforms like gmail or yahoo.com.

- Our commitment to providing you with the best possible experience means constantly evaluating our offerings.

- Kinetic at Kinetic will no longer be offering the ability for new windstream.net email boxes to be created at this time.

- Although we are not offering customer the ability to create a windstream.net email you can always set up an email account at no cost with gmail.com https://www.gokinetic.com yahoo.com https://www.gokinetic.com outlook.com etc
