1. Eligibility: This Kinetic Spring 2026 Online Cart Survey Sweepstakes (the “Spring 2026 Sweepstakes”) is only open to legal residents of the United States, who are at 18 years of age or older at the time of entry and meet the criteria below (“Eligible Entrant”). This Spring 2026 Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law and is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Officers, directors, managers, and employees, as well as immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each such person, of Uniti Inc. (“Kinetic” or “Uniti”) and each of its respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates and related companies, and their advertising, promotion and production agencies and all other service agencies involved with the Sweepstakes (collectively, “Sweepstakes Entities”), are not eligible to participate.
2. Agreement to Rules: By participating, you agree to be unconditionally bound by these Rules, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements set forth herein. You are subject to disqualification if you don’t meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of Kinetic as final and binding as it relates to the Spring 2026 Sweepstakes.
3. Spring 2026 Sweepstakes Period: The Spring 2026 Sweepstakes will start on May 5, 2026 at 12:01 AM ET and end on May 22, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET (“Sweepstakes Period”).
4. How to Enter: There are two (2) methods to enter: (1) Survey Invite: Follow all onscreen instructions to complete the online survey emailed to recipient and submit so it is received during the Sweepstakes Period. (2) Alternate Method of Entry (“AMOE”): To enter without completing the survey, on a plain 3” x 5” index card, legibly handprint or type the sweepstake’s name (Spring 2026 Sweepstakes), your first and last name, date of birth, complete address, city, state, zip code, home/cell phone number (including area code), email address, and mail your completed card to:

To be considered eligible, AMOE entries must be postmarked by May 22, 2026.
Regardless of entry method, there is a limit of only one (1) entry allowed per person. Kinetic will not accept responsibility for entries that are illegible, corrupted, not successfully completed or transmitted, lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit, regardless of cause. Those who do not follow all of these instructions or abide by these Rules or other instructions may be disqualified. In the event that an entrant enters multiple times into a single Sweepstakes Period, only the first eligible entry during the respective Sweepstakes Period will be counted, and all subsequent entries will be disqualified. Entries into the Sweepstakes exceeding the maximum permitted amount will be void. In the event of an identity dispute, the entry will be considered made by the registered holder or owner of the email address account used for entering the Spring 2026 Sweepstakes. A potential winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized holder of the email account.
Entries that do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Kinetic. You must provide any information requested by Kinetic in relation to the Spring 2026 Sweepstakes. If you use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the Rules, in addition to any other disciplinary action taken, you may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of Kinetic; this includes, but is not limited to, creating additional email addresses for additional entries using scripts, macros, or any other automated system to participate or subvert the process.
6. Winner Determination: On or around the tenth (10th) business day following the close of the Sweepstakes Period and subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Rules, Kinetic will randomly select one (1) potential winner from among the eligible entries submitted during the Sweepstakes Period.
5. Prizes: The following prizes (each a Prize and collectively, the “Prizes”) will be awarded as described herein:
Prize Description: The winner will be awarded one (1) digital gift card, with an approximate retail value of $200.00, redeemable via a Kinetic Disbursement Link, which provides access to a curated catalog of reward options (e.g., streaming, retail, and digital wallet redemption). Specific brands, merchants, or payment card providers are not guaranteed; available options may vary. Allow up to 5–7 business days for email of Prize.
Prize Restrictions: Limit one (1) Prize per person. Uniti may restrict how many prizes an Eligible Entrant can receive in future sweepstakes/contests or in a calendar year. If a participant is confirmed as a winner in the Sweepstakes Period, they may be ineligible to win any prize in future sweepstakes/contests. No returns, exchanges, or substitutions for other goods, services, or other stores of value. The Prize is non-transferable.
The specifics of the Prize awarded shall be solely determined by Kinetic. Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes shall be the sole responsibility of the winner. Acceptance of Prize constitutes permission for Kinetic to use winner's name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
6. Odds: The odds of winning depend on the number of Eligible Entries received for the Spring 2026 Sweepstakes.
7. Winner selection and notification: The winner will be notified by Kinetic by email via the email used to submit the survey link or listed within the AMOE within five (5) business days following the winner selection. Kinetic shall have no liability for a winner's failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If the selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the Prize within fifteen (15) days from the time award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and release or other documentation as required, Prize will be forfeited, at Kinetic’s discretion, and the forfeited prize will be awarded to an alternate winner in a separate random drawing consisting of all non-winning eligible Entries received for the Sweepstakes Period.
The receipt by winner of the Prize offered in this Spring 2026 Sweepstakes is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal and state laws and regulations. ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY ANY WINNER (AT KINETIC'S SOLE DISCRETION) WILL RESULT IN SUCH WINNER'S DISQUALIFICATION AS WINNER OF THE SPRING 2026 SWEEPSTAKES.
8. Rights Granted by You: By entering this Sweepstakes you understand that Kinetic, anyone acting on behalf of Kinetic, or its respective licensees and successors will have the right, where permitted by law, without any further notice, review or consent to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use, worldwide in any media now known or hereafter in perpetuity and throughout the World, your entry, including, without limitation, the entry and winner's name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image or statements about the Spring 2026 Sweepstakes, and biographical information as news, publicity or information and for trade, advertising, public relations and promotional purposes without any further compensation.
9. Terms: Kinetic reserves the right, in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Spring 2026 Sweepstakes should a virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention, fraud or other causes beyond its control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the Spring 2026 Sweepstakes. In such case, Kinetic may select the recipients from Eligible Entrants received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by Kinetic using the Winner Determination criteria above. Kinetic reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or violates these Rules.
Any attempt by an ELIGIBLE entrant to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, Kinetic reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.
10. Limitation of Liability: By your entry, you agree to release and hold harmless Uniti and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from (i) such entrant's participation in the Spring 2026 Sweepstakes and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any Prize or any portion thereof, (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunctioning of any platform, computer, cable, network, hardware or software; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions or telephone or Internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the promotion; (v) electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the promotion or the processing of entries.
11. Disputes: THIS SPRING 2026 SWEEPSTAKES IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF ARKANSAS, WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. As a condition of participating in this Spring 2026 Sweepstakes, participant agrees that any and all disputes which cannot be resolved between the parties and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, this Spring 2026 Sweepstakes, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Arkansas having jurisdiction. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances will participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorneys' fees, other than participant's actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e. costs associated with entering this Spring 2026 Sweepstakes), and participant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
