3rd party equipment

Kinetic will not be able to assist with any 3rd party equipment. Most of the information you need to set it up should be included in your Static Kinetic Welcome Letter with your Static IP information. Usually, set up instructions can be found in the user manual of your equipment or by going to the manufacturer’s support website.
