Moving comes with no shortage of logistics. Between the packing, the paperwork, and the endless to-do lists, sorting out your internet service doesn't need to add to the pile.

Step one: Let us know you're moving

Timing matters here. Ideally, you want to submit your move request at least two weeks before your move-in date to give us time to confirm service availability at your new address, schedule your transfer, and make sure everything is set up and ready when you arrive.
