Local Channels not working on Streaming Service

If your local channels aren’t working on your streaming service, please try these steps:

• Ensure your device is connected to your Kinetic provided wi-fi network

• Unplug the power from your Kinetic gateway for at least 1 minute, then plug it back in

• Try the steps outlined by your streaming provider

  • YouTube TV

  • Hulu TV

  • DirecTV Stream

  • FuboTV

  • Paramount

  • Sling TV
