How to set up and use Metasphere voicemail

To access the Kinetic Voicemail service, you will need to dial the access number provided. You will also need to use the temporary PIN provided for your Mailbox account. When accessing your new Kinetic Voicemail for the first time, you will be:

• Prompted to change your PIN

• Record your name

• Select or record your greeting

After you set up your account, you can access your Mailbox from any phone by dialing the access number and entering your Mailbox number and personal PIN.
