Forgot Password Reset

Who: Any user trying to log into Go Kinetic 

What: Allows you to reset your password when you’ve forgotten it 

Where: Login Screen 

How 

• Select “Forgot Password” 

• After selecting this link, you’ll be asked to enter your username 

• After submitting your username, our system will check for an active account 

• Once found, an email will be triggered to the email connected to the username 

• This will provide a one-time access link to update your password 

• Once you’ve created the new password, you’ll be able to log-in
